facility that has been transformed into a home environment. Our founder with her extensive knowledge of
dog behavior thoughtfully designed this facility to ensure dogs are not sent home with new or worsen behavior
problems, a leading issue in many local kennels.

We’ll chat about your dog(s) and their needs over the phone and then set up a day for an assessment to make sure its going to be a good fit.

You can now schedule and pay for your selected service. Get ready for your pup’s life — and your own — to be transformed! No more guilt having your dog bored at home!

ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Daycare re-imagined! We have seen time and time again, traditional daycare causing more behavior problems. With dog behavior in mind, we thoughtfully designed our facility to be low dog to human ratio, carefully selected play group and a dedicated facility that looks like home. Allowing your dog a safe place to be a dog and you can go to work guilt free knowing they are having a blast. Decked out with pools, toys, brain puzzles, games and more, our Dog House is designed to give your dog the best day ever, every visit.

Enjoy peace of mind, whether you’re on vacation or on a work trip! Our adventure boarding is made to give your dog their own vacation. They will have so much fun that they won't be depressed, waiting for your return. Best of all, you no longer need to feel guilty leaving your pup behind! Safety and fun is our core values, which reflects in every aspect of our Dog House facility. Daily photos, updates, medication giving and adventures free of charge, No nickel and dime-ing here!

What training method do you use?Timber and Co. uses force free and fear free methods. This means we do not use prong, shock or choke collars, nor will we use punishment. However, we will still work with you if you use these tools as our founder before crossing over to being force free used these tools and have knowledge of the usage. We will never judge you and will work on reducing tool dependence. We believe as professionals, we should have the knowledge and skill set to not need the tools! Owners are not trainers and we understand that there are times owners without help or guidance would fall back on using those methods.

Do you work with all breeds?We work with all breeds, mixed or purebred! Our speciality is working with huskies and German shepherd type dogs, but we enjoy and have a ton of experience in all breeds, from a Jack Russell to a Cane Corso!

Do you work with puppies and dogs without major behavioral issues?Yes! We work with all ages. While we specialize in aggression, fear, anxiety, we work with all basic issues too. Such as pulling on leash, jumping, basic manners etc.

What is your lesson reschedule policy? Refund policy?As long as we have 5 hours notice, you may reschedule without any penalty. You have 72 hours to request a cancellation and refund for a full 100 percent refund. After that it goes down to 50 percent. After beginning a program, refunds are up to trainer discretion and defaults to no refund and credit only for future training or boarding, if a trainer chooses with manager approval to waive this, 50 percent of remaining sessions value will be rewarded. Trainers block off time to serve your dog and likely had to turn away other clients due to our high demand and full client schedules. Board and trains are non refundable once the contract is signed and can only be moved dates or credited towards future training.

Do you offer boarding?We do for past clients and new clients who book a boarding consult ($160) With training added it is $150 a day or $65 a day without.
